At TIMELESS BELTS LLC, we design every piece with precision and pride. Because our products are made in limited batches to ensure top-tier quality, our return policy is designed to be fair—for both you and us.

Time Limit

All requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the delivery date. No requests will be processed after this period.

What We Accept

1. To be eligible, your item must be:
2. Unworn and unused
3. In its original packaging with all tags attached
4. Accompanied by your order number or confirmation email

Precision You Can Trust: ≤5% Variance Guaranteed

We craft every item to meet our exacting standards, with at least 95% consistency in materials, stitching, and finish. Any deviation beyond a 5% variance qualifies for a free replacement—no questions asked, once verified.

Refund Options

If the issue is our fault (wrong item, defect, or damage):

→ Full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

If you’re returning for other reasons (e.g., size, preference):

→ You are responsible for the return shipping costs for non-defective items.

Exchanges

We offer one-time exchanges within the 7-day window. A 15% handling fee applies unless the error was ours. Simply reach out—we’ll guide you through the process.

What We Don’t Accept

1. Items returned after 7 days
2. Worn, washed, altered, or incomplete products (unless due to our error)
3. Packages sent to our warehouse without prior approval

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at now@justbeasy.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for our team to review (usually within 24–48 hours) and send you a return address.
3. Ship your item using a tracked service—we can’t cover lost returns.
4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.

Note: Never send returns directly to our shipping origin address. Unauthorized packages may be refused.
